Job description

We are seeking a Medical Office Cleaner to join our team Monday through Friday evening(s) after 5:00PM starting immediately! You will be responsible for maintaining a clean and orderly environment according to OSHA and Industry standards. This Job is located at a medical office and will require about 3 hours of general office cleaning per day. This position creates a great way to earn competitive pay and work a flexible schedule!
Responsibilities:

  • Empty trash bins, replace liners, and sanitize the bins.
  • Organize and restock reading materials, ensuring they are neatly arranged.
  • Clean and disinfect examination tables, including headrests, armrests, and footrests.
  • Wipe down and disinfect all countertops, sinks, and surrounding surfaces.
  • Disinfect medical equipment like stethoscopes, blood pressure cuffs, and thermometers following manufacturer guidelines.
  • Clean and sanitize computer keyboards, mice, screens, and other shared devices.
  • Disinfect light switches, door handles, drawer handles, and cabinet handles.
  • Vacuum or sweep, then mop floors, ensuring disinfectants are used properly.
  • Replace disposable items like gloves, paper on examination tables, and used single-use tools.
  • Empty trash cans, replace liners, and disinfect the cans.
  • Restock necessary supplies for all exam rooms
  • Clean and disinfect all surfaces, including toilets, sinks, counters, and faucets.
  • Disinfect toilet paper holders, light switches, and soap dispensers.
  • Clean mirrors and glass surfaces using a streak-free cleaner.
  • Sweep, then mop floors with a disinfectant cleaner, paying attention to corners.
  • Restock supplies, including toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, and sanitary products.
  • Ensure air fresheners or ventilation systems are functioning properly.
