Esteem Cleaning Services of Rochester is looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Cleaning Technician to join our evening crew in Rochester, NY. This is a great opportunity to be part of a professional cleaning team that takes pride in delivering spotless results. If you enjoy hands-on work and a steady evening schedule, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
  • Perform thorough cleaning of commercial spaces during evening hours
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum, and sanitize floors, surfaces, and restrooms
  • Empty trash receptacles and replace liners as needed
  • Dust and wipe down furniture, fixtures, and equipment
  • Follow cleaning checklists and company protocols to ensure consistent quality
  • Properly handle and store cleaning chemicals and equipment
  • Report any maintenance issues or safety concerns to a supervisor
Requirements:
  • Prior cleaning, janitorial, or housekeeping experience preferred
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Availability to work evening and/or night shifts consistently
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship
  • Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 30 lbs throughout a shift
  • Reliable transportation to and from job sites in the Rochester, NY area
  • Must have current NYS drivers license and your own vehicle
