Job description


Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Operations Manager to lead and oversee all daily operations of our Infrastructure division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing crews, scheduling jobs, ensuring safety compliance, maintaining equipment, optimizing workflows, and delivering excellent service to clients. This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and industry knowledge related to Infrastructure maintenance operations. 


Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate daily field operations, including scheduling and dispatching 

  • Ensure all jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.

  • Oversee maintenance and repair of cleaning equipment, vactor trucks, jetters, CCTV inspection tools, and other related machinery.

  • Monitor project progress, manage timelines and budgets, and provide timely updates to clients and leadership.

  • Hire, train, and manage field technicians; conduct performance evaluations and enforce company policies.

  • Serve as the main point of contact between customers, vendors, and internal teams for operational matters.

  • Maintain accurate records of job logs, safety reports, equipment maintenance, and employee certifications.

  • Lead safety meetings and enforce proper safety protocols across all field operations.

  • Support business development efforts by preparing estimates, attending job walkthroughs, and reviewing job scopes.


Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in operations management, preferably within the utilities, pipeline, or industrial services industry.

  • Working knowledge of pipe cleaning technologies (hydro jetting, vactoring, CCTV inspections, etc.).

  • Strong leadership, decision-making, and communication skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities.

  • Proficiency with scheduling software,outlook, and job reporting systems.

  • OSHA 10 or 30 certification preferred.

  • CDL is a plus but not required.


Working Conditions:
  • Majority of work will be split between office and field environments.

  • May require early mornings, late evenings, or weekend work depending on project demands. May also require with notice out of town projects. 

  • Ability to lift 50 lbs and work around loud equipment and outdoor environments.
