Cleaning Inspector / Field Support

Cleaning Inspector / Field Support

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Pay: $21 per hour


We are seeking an experienced Cleaning Inspector to support multiple janitorial accounts. This role combines site inspections, hands-on coverage, and field support to ensure service quality and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as the first point of contact for resolving client concerns and service issues
  • Conduct routine site visits to ensure cleaning standards are met
  • Fill in for janitorial staff when call-outs occur
  • Drive a company vehicle to deliver equipment and cleaning supplies to job sites as needed
  • Support operations by identifying issues before they escalate
Required Experience & Skills
  • Prior experience holding a lead, supervisor, inspector, or similar cleaning title (required)
  • Strong hands-on cleaning background
  • Experience with strip & wax, floor scrubbers, and buffing (preferred)
  • Comfortable working independently and responding to changing needs
  • Must be able to complete a phone screen and in-person interview in English
  • Candidates may have another language as their native language
Additional Requirements
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to operate a company vehicle
  • Reliable, professional, and solution-oriented
  • Willingness to step in and support coverage when needed
