Maid Right is currently seeking a Cleaner/Supervisor to join our team. As a Cleaner, supervisor you will be responsible for cleaning residential and light commercial properties, as well as leading cleaning teams. Our work schedule is Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm, with no evening hours unless requested. May have some weekends as per business needs
As the Supervisor Cleaner, you will be the main point of contact with your manager. You will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, driving revenue through customer retention, and cleaner training. We require some experience for this position, but we will also train you on our Maid Right cleaning system that is effective and easy to learn.
Responsibilities:
  • Clean residential and light commercial properties in a timely and efficient manner
  • Lead a team of two or more cleaners and ensure that all cleaning duties are completed thoroughly and to our clients' satisfaction
  • Communicate with clients and provide exceptional customer service
  • Train new cleaners on our Maid Right cleaning system and ensure that all cleaners are meeting our high standards
  • Assist with customer retention and drive revenue through converting to recurring cleaning services
  • Maintain equipment and cleaning supplies .Sometimes do estimate visits and drive to cleaning locations with Maid Right's supplies if need be.
  • Work very closely with the owner and do some operational work as well.
  • Must have valid DL and should be able to drive .
  • Excellent communication skills and polished behavior .

Must be experienced working as a supervisor or lead , proper references will be needed
