Position Summary

We're seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Property Inspector to help deliver exceptional guest experiences across our portfolio of vacation rental homes in Lahaina, Maui. In this hands-on role, you’ll conduct thorough post-cleaning inspections prior to guest arrivals, ensuring every property meets the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, functionality, and overall guest readiness.

The ideal candidate takes pride in consistency, notices the details others miss, and works well independently in a fast-paced environment. You’ll play a critical role in maintaining quality standards by identifying issues proactively, documenting inspection results accurately, and coordinating closely with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure each home is fully prepared for an outstanding guest stay.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inspect vacation rental properties after housekeeping services are completed

  • Ensure units meet My Perfect Stays cleanliness and presentation standards

  • Verify all rooms, bathrooms, kitchens, lanais, and common areas are fully guest-ready

  • Check for cleanliness, damages, missing items, odors, maintenance concerns, and proper staging

  • Report maintenance issues, inventory shortages, or housekeeping deficiencies promptly

  • Submit detailed inspection reports using company software and mobile applications

  • Communicate professionally with Coordinators, Housekeepers, and Management

  • Follow arrival schedules and prioritize units based on guest check-in times

  • Assist with quality control and uphold company standards across all properties

  • Ensure all unit amenities, supplies, linens, and toiletries are properly stocked

  • Occasionally assist with light troubleshooting or coordination between departments

  • Maintain professionalism while representing My Perfect Stays on property sites

Required Qualifications
  • Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license required
