Job Title: Interior & Exterior Painter  (Rentals, Industrial, Homes etc)

Pay Rate: Depends on experience
Job Type: Full-Time, Monday – Friday

We are a locally owned business with a portfolio including  Industrial, Rental Homes big and small looking for a experienced building painter and maintenance person for interior and exterior jobs at several locations. This is a Full time position and you must be insurable as vehicle will be provided.  You will need to drive to each of the locations and they are in Ft Collins, Greeley, Loveland and Longmont.  A flexible schedule, depending on the job.

About the Role:
We are seeking a reliable, hardworking, and experienced Full-Time Painter to manage the exterior and interior maintenance of several residential, business, and rental properties in the Boulder, Larimer and Weld county area. If you take pride in your work and want consistent hours keeping our properties looking pristine, we want to hear from you.

Scope of Work to include but not limited to:

            Surface Prep: Sand, scrape, tape, caulk, patch drywall, and prime surfaces to ensure a flawless finish.

            Application: Expertly apply interior and exterior coats of paint, stains, and sealants using brushes, rollers,                                        and airless sprayers.

           Clean-Up: Maintain a spotless, hazard-free workspace and properly store/maintain all tools and equipment.

            Equipment Maintenance: Safely operating and performing basic preventative maintenance on provided                                         equipment.

            Customer Service: Deliver professional, courteous service to our clients at every location.

 Requirements:

Previous experience in exterior and interior paint maintenance.

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (transporting equipment between properties is required).

Ability to adapt to different job sites on a daily/weekly basis across the Northern Colorado region.

Ability to lift/carry up to 50 lbs and perform strenuous physical labor for extended periods.

Reliability, punctuality, and an eye for detail.
