Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting individual counseling sessions via secure video conferencing platforms, ensuring a warm and welcoming environment for clients.
• Utilizing evidence-based, solution-focused treatment modalities tailored to meet individual client needs, helping them navigate their mental health challenges.
• Developing personalized treatment plans that align with the goals and strengths of each client, using assessments and therapeutic interventions.
• Facilitating insight-oriented discussions that enable clients to explore their feelings and relationships, fostering a deeper understanding of their mental health.
• Monitoring progress and adjusting treatment strategies as necessary, equipping clients with effective coping skills and resources to enhance their overall well-being.

You will primarily work with stable adults experiencing low acuity mental health concerns. This includes a range of issues such as anxiety, depression, stress management, and relationship challenges. Your role will contribute significantly to improving their quality of life by helping them navigate their emotional landscapes and build resilience.

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess:

• A Master’s degree in a counseling-related discipline, such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• A current, state-issued mental health counseling license that allows independent practice, such as:
• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
• Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
• No limited or provisional licenses; applicants must have a clean disciplinary record.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, empathy, and a commitment to ethical practice.
• Strong computer skills, including the ability to navigate telehealth platforms and documentation software.

While not mandatory, experience working with telehealth platforms and providing virtual therapy is highly desirable. Familiarity with specific therapeutic techniques or modalities tailored to adults is a plus. We encourage candidates who have diversified their practice with a wide array of client demographics.

This position offers a competitive salary of USD 90,000–104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and workload. In addition, we provide:
