Part-time Janitor
Pay Range $14.00 - 15.00/ hour
Location: Framers Branch
ServiceMaster Clean by Prime is a part of an organization with over 60 years in business. We pride ourselves with providing top notch service to our clients and are a safety driven company where the safety of our workers is priority. We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Part-Time Cleaning Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and sanitary environment for clients in and around Arlington, TX. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, is safety conscious, pays attention to detail, and understands the importance of cleanliness in a professional setting.
Responsibilities include:
  • Performing routine cleaning tasks, including but not limited to sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming;
  • Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms, breakrooms, common areas, windows, and walls.
  • Emptying trash receptacles and disposing of trash in designated containers.
  • Surface cleaning,safelyusing appropriate chemical agents to disinfect surfaces and high-touch areas.
  • Monitoring and restocking cleaning supplies as needed.
  • Assisting with special cleaning projects as assigned.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to meet ServiceMaster cleaning standards.
  • Communicate professionally with clients and address specific cleaning needs.
  • Report any issues or concerns including supply shortages or equipment malfunctions to the supervisor.
  • Following company and client safety procedures is of the utmost importance.

Qualifications:
  • Previous janitorial or cleaning experience preferred but not required; training provided.
  • Ability to read and follow safety guidelines and use personal protective equipment (PPE).
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
  • Excellent time management skills to complete tasks within the allotted time.

Requirements:
  • 0-1 years exp
  • Availability to work 10-15 hours per week.
  • Availability to work Mornings and/or Evenings
  • Reliable transportation
  • Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds.
