UCT is looking for a talented TA Project Manager to join us in Hayward, CA!

Reporting to the TA Operations Manager and dotted lined into the Head of Global TA, the TA Project Manager will lead and support global Talent Acquisition initiatives that improve recruiting effectiveness, scalability, process consistency, operational efficiency, and candidate experience across UCT’s global operations.

This role will partner closely with TA leadership, recruiters, HR, HRIS, Marketing, and business stakeholders to drive projects focused on process improvement, TA technology optimization, employer branding, reporting/analytics, hiring manager enablement, and global alignment of recruiting practices.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, process-oriented, collaborative, and experienced in leading cross-functional projects in a fast-paced global environment.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Lead global Talent Acquisition projects and initiatives from concept through implementation and operational adoption.
  • Evaluate and optimize UCT’s end-to-end recruitment processes to improve efficiency, scalability, compliance, and candidate experience.
  • Drive global alignment and standardization across TA processes, workflows, systems, and operational practices.
  • Partner with TA leadership to identify opportunities to improve talent attraction strategies and recruiting effectiveness globally.
  • Support optimization, implementation, and enhancement of TA systems, tools, reporting capabilities, and recruiting technologies.
  • Develop and maintain TA process documentation, playbooks, guides, FAQs, and training resources.
  • Lead hiring manager enablement initiatives related to recruiting processes, tools, and best practices.
  • Support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives including LinkedIn, referral programs, recruitment marketing, and candidate experience enhancements.
  • Partner with stakeholders to define and track TA KPIs, metrics, dashboards, and operational reporting.
  • Develop project plans, timelines, stakeholder communications, and change management strategies for TA initiatives.
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between Talent Acquisition, HR, HRIS, IT, Marketing, and business leaders.
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to TA leadership and stakeholders.
  • Support continuous improvement efforts across recruiting operations and talent acquisition delivery.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:

  • Strong project and program management capabilities with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Education, Certifications, and Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
  • 3+ years of project, program management, recruiting operations, or HR operations experience preferred.
  • Experience supporting Talent Acquisition or HR functions strongly preferred.
  • Previous recruiting experience is advantageous but not required.
  • Proven ability to lead projects from initial concept through implementation and operational execution.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $55,800.00 and $89,300.00/year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including variable pay and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as PTO (Paid Time Off) and parental leave), dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these additional compensation and benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment. 

If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
