Job Overview
Are you ready to start a high-demand career in the vehicle recovery and repossession industry? Paramount Recovery Services Inc. is hiring Recovery Agents / Tow Truck Drivers to join our growing team. No RA experience? No problem - we provide paid training and on-the-job support to help you succeed.
Key Responsibilities
  • Operate a tow truck to recover and transport vehicles
  • Load, secure, and unload vehicles using proper equipment
  • Perform basic automotive tasks (e.g., jump-starts, tire changes)
  • Maintain accurate records of each recovery
  • Communicate with dispatch and team members to coordinate assignments
  • Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations
  • Provide professional and respectful service during recoveries

Qualifications
  • Must pass a BSIS background check to obtain a repossession license
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to operate manual transmission vehicles
  • Strong driving skills and ability to maneuver in tight spaces
  • Basic automotive knowledge is a plus
  • Physically able to lift heavy objects and perform demanding tasks
