Job Summary
Clayton State University's Department of Dental Hygiene invites applications for a Part-Time Clinical Dental Hygiene Educator to join our dynamic teaching team. This flexible role is ideal for a licensed dental hygienist passionate about mentoring future professionals while maintaining a part-time schedule.
Position Details
  • Location: Clayton State University, College of Health
  • Schedule: 1-2 days per week
  • Start Date: Spring Semester Fall 2026

Responsibilities
  • Supervise and instruct students in patient care within the dental hygiene clinic.
  • Demonstrate and evaluate clinical procedures to support student learning outcomes.
  • Provide feedback, midterm and final evaluations, and foster professional growth.
  • Maintain clinical standards and collaborate with faculty to ensure quality education and patient care.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Dental Hygiene
  • Current Georgia Dental Hygiene license and CPR certification
