RESPONSIBILITIES:
We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Driver Technician to join our team. The Driver Technician is responsible for the safe, timely delivery and pick-up of VENU+ products for accounts, customers, and guests. This role operates medium to large trucks daily, follows prescribed routes and procedures, and performs maintenance and cleaning of mobility and account equipment. The Driver Technician supports a high-quality guest experience through accurate deliveries, proper documentation, and professional service.
  • Operate vehicles to deliver and pick up rental equipment at hotels, resorts, theme parks and other facilities.
  • Follow established routes and timelines to meet customer and guest expectations.
  • Perform maintenance and cleaning on mobility and account equipment.
  • Diagnose and document equipment issues, ensuring accurate reporting of repairs and discrepancies.
  • Maintain delivery records, collect required paperwork, and report any order variances.
  • Provide professional customer service, gather feedback, and communicate issues for resolution.
  • Monitor and communicate vehicle service needs to ensure safe operation.
  • Maintain a clean, safe work environment and adhere to uniform and safety standards.
  • Experience with warehouse operations, including loading/unloading and inventory handling

Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Education & Experience: High school diploma or GED required; minimum of 2 years of experience operating a 26' box truck with a lift gate.
  • License & Record: Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and reliable transportation.
  • Technical Skills: Basic computer proficiency and a mechanically inclined mindset for minor vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting.
  • Communication & Professionalism: Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
  • Soft Skills: Proven ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and problem-solve on the go.
  • Availability: Flexible schedule, including availability for mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Work Environment:
  • Field-based.
  • Regular driving and outdoor work in varying weather conditions.
