Job description

Job Summary
The AEM Cloud Administrator will be responsible for administering, supporting, and optimizing Adobe Campaign Classic environments. This role requires deep hands-on expertise in campaign development, platform administration, automation, and integrations to support large-scale, multi-channel marketing initiatives while ensuring performance, security, and data compliance.
Key Responsibilities
  • Install, configure, and maintain Adobe Campaign environments (Classic/Standard).
  • Administer platform users, roles, permissions, and security settings.
  • Monitor system health, performance, and troubleshoot technical and campaign-related issues.
  • Design, develop, and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns using Adobe Campaign.
  • Support marketing teams with workflows, deliveries, targeting logic, and campaign execution.
  • Configure and optimize delivery templates, typologies, and campaign execution logic.
  • Integrate Adobe Campaign with CRM platforms such as Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Manage data imports, exports, schema updates, and audience segmentation.
  • Maintain data hygiene and ensure compliance with privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA).
  • Apply patches, upgrades, and ensure platform version compatibility.
  • Monitor logs and resolve workflow, delivery, and performance-related errors.
  • Generate campaign performance reports and provide optimization insights.
  • Collaborate with analytics teams on tracking, reporting, and attribution.
  • Create SOPs, platform documentation, and provide training to internal teams.

Required Skills & Experience
  • 8+ years of hands-on experience with Adobe Campaign Classic (ACC) development and administration.
  • Strong expertise in schema design, technical workflows, and campaign orchestration.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript and SOAP/REST APIs for automation and integrations.
  • Experience with instance configuration, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.
  • Deep knowledge of delivery templates, typologies, and campaign execution logic.
  • Strong understanding of campaign automation, email marketing, and customer segmentation.
  • Hands-on experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for email template customization.
  • Strong database and SQL knowledge for data management and query optimization.
  • Experience integrating Adobe Campaign with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
