What are Claddagh rings and what is their significance?

Claddagh rings are traditional Irish rings that feature two hands holding a heart topped with a crown. They symbolize love (the heart), friendship (the hands), and loyalty (the crown). Originally from the fishing village of Claddagh near Galway, these rings are often used as tokens of friendship or as engagement and wedding rings. The way the ring is worn can also signify the wearer's relationship status. Claddagh rings have become a beloved symbol of Irish heritage worldwide.

Job description

Semiconductor Industry Leader

Location: San Francisco Bay Area | Hybrid, with travel as needed

Level: Director to Senior Director, depending on experience

Compensation: $240,000 – $275,000 base + 25–40% bonus

About the role

A global supply chain services and technology consultancy with deep semiconductor credentials is hiring a Senior Client Partner to own and grow a portfolio of high-growth accounts across top-tier semiconductor clients. This is a consultative, commercially-owned role — account strategy, revenue growth, innovative solutioning and CSAT all sit with you.

You'll act as a trusted advisor to fabs, fabless players and equipment manufacturers, mapping their business challenges to supply chain, ERP and AI-led solutions, then mobilising internal capability teams to deliver them.

What you'll do

  • Own a portfolio of accounts with P&L responsibility against defined growth goals
  • Build strong relationships across all strategic accounts and drive CXO interactions
  • Understand each client's business objectives and technology needs, and use that to develop effective solutions from the services portfolio
  • Strategise, develop and articulate solutions across every level of the client's management team, and influence them on relevance
  • Lead the identification and winning of new client contracts, including RFP responses and pitches
  • Forecast order intake and revenue accurately, and chart account growth
  • Research and write strategic account plans
  • Oversee account delivery against objectives, with accountability for customer satisfaction and retention through executive reviews and internal management
  • Build a team of client executives against growth-related KPIs as the hi-tech portfolio expands

What you'll bring

  • 12–15+ years advising customers on solutions to their business challenges, selling technology and process consulting services into the semiconductor industry — fabs, fabless and equipment manufacturers preferred
  • Knowledge of the hi-tech domain and semiconductor specifically: strategic forces, the trends shaping demand, and the challenges clients are facing
  • A proven record creating large deals in digital supply chain transformation, ERP and AI-led transformation
  • Deep understanding of supply chain process, tools and technologies, the partner ecosystem, and agile methodologies
  • A strong network of relationships with CIOs and Chief Supply Chain Officers across hi-tech
  • Demonstrable account mining alongside a contribution to opening new accounts
  • Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication, with real experience in C-level interactions, reviews, negotiations and execution oversight
  • Strong command of Salesforce for CRM and forecasting, plus MS Office

Why apply

Permanent, hybrid role in the Bay Area with a base of $240K–$275K plus a 25–40% bonus. Title flexes from Director to Senior Director based on the depth of experience you bring.
