In this vital role, you’ll go beyond basic repairs—delivering expert-level diagnostics, pipefitting, and system servicing that keep client operations running smoothly. You’ll be the go-to professional for plumbing solutions, balancing technical precision with top-tier customer service.

The Service Plumber performs installations, repairs, and pipefitting for commercial and industrial clients using appropriate materials and equipment. This role supports total quality efforts by consistently identifying and addressing the needs of both internal and external customers.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Ability to understand complex instructions, mechanical drawings, blueprints, and/or schematics.
  • Demonstrate understanding of basic and advanced plumbing techniques
  • Possess minimum “tools of the trade”
  • 4+ years’ experience in plumbing
  • Certification from a four-year apprenticeship program
  • Possess Journeyman Certificate
  • Able to clearly communicate in written and verbal English.
  • Unencumbered US Driver’s License

Job Duties:

  • Perform plumbing services including removal, installation, and repair in commercial/industrial facilities; apply technical knowledge to deliver efficient, customized solutions.
  • Maintain consistent verbal and written communication with MSD team members, dispatch, operations, and clients to ensure clarity and service continuity.
  • Remain available per the on-call schedule and adapt to urgent or unplanned activities.
  • Maintain a clean, well-stocked vehicle; participate in training and trade education to stay current on best practices
  • Collaborate closely with team members and on-site contacts for efficient issue resolution.
  • Diagnose and repair plumbing issues; document work performed and recommended next steps.
  • Promote safety and professional conduct at all times
  • Demonstrate client focus, personal accountability, organizational skills, problem-solving, self-management, flexibility, teamwork, and a commitment to quality workmanship.

Benefits:

  • FREE Training and Education
  • PTO
  • 401(k) match
  • Bonus Program
  • Competitive Medical, Vision, and Dental
  • Health Savings Account match
  • Company paid Short- and Long-Term Disability
  • Company paid Life Insurance Policy

We value our employees and are committed to doing everything possible to ensure your continued growth and opportunities!
