Are you an experienced Civil Engineer looking for a challenge?
If so, we want to meet you! The Crossroads Group, LLC is growing and has a current opening for Civil Project Manager at our Hamburg or Elysburg Locations (must live in or near Hamburg/Elysburg, PA). TCG's Land Development and Engineering department specializes in site design layout including proposed road layout, lot/pad grading, stormwater management, erosion and sedimentation control, as well as obtaining all applicable development approvals and permits. TCG's service range extends throughout all of Pennsylvania.
Qualifications:
  • A Great Attitude
  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in Civil or Environmental Engineering
  • EIT or PE is preferred, but not required
  • Applicant should have strong management skills.
  • Flexibility in working individually and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication skills (listening, writing and verbal)

Civil Project Manager Job Description:
  • Work from our Hamburg or Elysburg, PA office.
  • Experienced (5-15 years)
  • Client Management experience
  • Must be willing to achieve a high competency in the following engineering areas:
  • PADEP NPDES permitting
  • Municipal and County Land Development permitting
  • PennDOT design and requirement standards
  • Municipal/State Stormwater Design standards
  • Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word)
  • Maintain good time management skills
