How does a civil manager typically coordinate with other departments on large-scale construction projects?

A Civil Manager plays a central role in ensuring smooth collaboration between engineering, procurement, and construction teams on major projects. They regularly attend interdisciplinary meetings to align project timelines, share updates, and address potential conflicts early. Effective communication and documentation are crucial, as the Civil Manager must translate civil engineering requirements into actionable tasks for different teams.
