About Siegfried

As a Senior Associate Civil Engineer, you will take a leadership role in managing complex civil engineering projects and contributing to the strategic direction of the company. You will provide technical oversight, mentor staff, and manage client relationships independently. This position requires strong leadership, business development involvement, and a commitment to maintaining the firm’s high design standards.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead project management, design, and technical direction for civil engineering projects
  • Mentor and coach staff across all levels, promoting technical excellence
  • Work closely with principals and marketing to develop proposals, negotiate fees, and grow client relationships
  • Independently manage client accounts and participate in billing and fee collection processes
  • Support recruiting, staffing, and workforce planning efforts
  • Promote company design standards and quality assurance
  • Represent Siegfried in professional and community settings
