Job description

A civil engineering and site design firm in the Wilmington, DE area is looking to add a Civil Designer to their growing team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands on site development work, from entrance plans to stormwater design, and wants to grow with a team that's expanding due to increased workload. Site Civil Designer Responsibilities: - Prepare site civil design plans including entrance plans, grading, and utility layouts - Design sewer and water infrastructure for site development projects - Perform stormwater management design and analysis - Utilize HydroCAD for stormwater modeling - Draft and design using Civil 3D - Collaborate with engineers and project managers on site development plans - Support projects from concept through construction documents Site Civil Designer Requirements: - 2+ years of experience with site civil design, site development, or related infrastructure work required - EIT certification preferred - Proficiency in HydroCAD or Civil 3D strongly preferred - Bachelors degree strongly preferred, but open to candidates with equivalent experience
