Civil Engineering Technician (Site Planning) - Paragon Associates

Paragon Associates is seeking a Civil Engineering Technician with strong site planning experience to support a variety of land development projects. This role will work closely with engineers and project leads to assist in design, plan preparation, and project coordination across commercial, residential, and infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation of site plans and construction drawings (grading, drainage, utilities)
  • Support development of full plan sets for permitting and construction
  • Contribute to site layout and land development design efforts
  • Assist with drainage and stormwater management design
  • Support the permitting process, including documentation and coordination with municipalities
  • Collaborate with engineers and project managers on project execution and timelines
  • Work on a variety of project types, including:
