This Opportunity:
  • Opportunity for immediate involvement in on-going projects, with the opportunity to expand into new markets
  • Provide technical advice, lead projects and teams, manage client relationships and deliver profitable projects to grow our civil practice
  • Work in a collaborative team environment where you'll impact team decisions and mentor our junior engineers and technicians
  • Representing SEH with agencies at project and public meetings
  • Prepare project approaches, scopes and fees required to complete projects
  • Present proposals to clients, interviews for projects, and select project teams

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field
  • Registered Professional Engineer, if not WI ability to obtain WI license upon hire
  • Must reside in or around New Richmond, Wisconsin
  • Ability to attend client meetings as needed
  • Previous design and/or construction experience on civil projects

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous Project management experience on Civil Engineering projects
  • Previous experience with all phases of municipal street and utility improvement projects
  • AutoCAD/Civil3D background
