AllenES provides civil, structural, and environmental engineering as well as turn-key construction solutions with offices in Jackson, MS, Hattiesburg, MS, Mobile, AL, and Houston, TX.


We are seeking Civil / Structural / Environmental Engineering Project Managers and/or Design Engineers to join our team in our Mobile office to lead and manage engineering projects.

We are looking for professionals who are interested in an exciting growth opportunity and who want to make a difference for our firm and for our clients.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Civil Engineering
  • Professional Licensure
  • Minimum of 5 years experience
  • Project management and/or design experience for relevant types of work
  • Self-motivated with high attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and provide guidance and leadership to junior team project members
  • Excellent time management and scheduling skills
  • Strong technical skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
