What You'll Do:- Prepare site-development construction drawings for residential, commercial, and industrial projects
- Design water, sewer, and storm-drainage infrastructure using AutoCAD and Civil 3D
- Develop engineering design considerations and support permitting efforts for land-development projects
- Coordinate regularly with clients, project managers, and internal discipline teams
- Produce and refine models in Civil 3D, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and adherence to project standards
- Manage tasks to meet scope, schedule, and quality expectations
What You Bring:- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering
- 3+ years of experience designing land-development projects using Civil 3D
- EIT or PE registration preferred (or ability to obtain PE within one year)
- Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD and Civil 3D software
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- A client-service mindset, strong initiative, and collaborative approach
