THE CITY SQUARE STEAKHOUSE is seeking a BARTENDER to join our team in Wooster, OH!
Exciting opportunity to work at a fun Chicago Style Steakhouse. Please apply online. We are looking for incredible bartenders who work diligently with their teammates to ensure our guests consistently have an amazing experience for our bar position. While we will train for our open Bartender positions (experience is a huge plus), we want people who naturally:
  • · Have positive energy and foster a great place to work.
  • · Enjoy being around lots of people and have natural empathy.
  • · Have an ownership mentality; responsible and accountable.
  • · Contain an insatiable curiosity to learn for the sake of learning.
FOH Support: It takes a team to ensure great service for our guests. We are in need of friendly faces to greet our guests at the bar and take orders. Our bartenders start at a competitive rate and in full-time positions (if desired). Base pay is $10.00 - $12.00/hour with tips. Overtime is available!
  • Experience in bartending is preferred.
  • Schedules are flexible, with evening and weekend availability preferred.
  • Hourly wage negotiable with experience plus tips.
