WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR:

As a line cook at The City Square Steakhouse, you play a crucial role in helping the team deliver an exceptional experience to each and every guest. Your culinary training and experience, strong organizational skills, ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and attention to detail will contribute to delivering perfection on every plate that leaves the kitchen.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Maintaining knowledge of menu items to ensure every build meets specs and expectations.
  2. Preparing and cooking menu items during service, while maintaining quality and presentation standards.
  3. Understanding and adherence to food safety regulations.
  4. Collaborate with kitchen and front of house staff to ensure timely and seamless delivery of orders.
  5. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, contributing to the overall cleanliness of the restaurant.
  6. Uphold our core values of Grit Hospitality, Leadership, Integrity, and Respect in every interaction.

Qualifications:

  1. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
