Job description

About the Role

Oranje Commercial Cleaning is looking for energetic, detail-oriented individuals to join our team maintaining restrooms and facilities across multiple City of Phoenix hiking trailheads. This is a route position — you'll drive a company vehicle between assigned trailhead locations throughout your shift, cleaning and servicing each stop along the way.

Type: Full Time

Location: City of Phoenix Trailheads (multiple sites — route-based)

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM

Pay: $17.00/hour

What You'll Do
  • Drive a set daily route between multiple City of Phoenix trailhead locations
  • Perform general janitorial and custodial duties at each stop
  • Clean and restock trailhead restrooms — partitions, toilets, and urinals
  • Deep clean walls, remove cobwebs (high dusting), sweep and mop floors
  • Patrol each site to identify and report maintenance issues
  • Complete work orders assigned by the client
  • Take on additional tasks as needed
  • What You'll Need
  • Strong attention to detail and genuine enjoyment of cleaning work
  • Comfort working independently, outdoors, and moving between multiple sites daily
  • Reliability and punctuality
  • Driver Requirements (this position requires driving a company vehicle between locations)
