CT Tech

Seasonal-8 am- 8:30 pm(12 hours shift)

$50 per hour plus differentials

Job Summary and Qualifications

Performs and assists with high quality diagnostic CT procedures, focusing on patient care and education. Supports and helps achieve departmental goals. Effectively participates and promotes Excellence Always to include service recovery.

  • Provide high quality diagnostic CT imaging
  • Maintain appropriate records
  • Educates patients and family
What qualifications you will need:
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support
  • State Registered Radiologic Technician
  • Vocational School Graduate
  • Certified Medical Radiologic Technologist, or Registered Radiographer (ARRT)
  • +1 year of experience
  • (ARRT-CT) Computed Tomography
  • (ARRT-R) Radiography

    PROGRAM REQUIREMENTS

    · All seasonal are required to work a minimum of 72 hours per pay period during the seasonal period.

    · Within a close geography, you may be asked to float to another facility that has an emergent staffing need.

    · Four (4) weekend shifts are required each 4 week schedule period.

    · During the course of the 32-week period, the employee is required to work two (2) holiday shifts (defined by Department Manager or designee).

    · Seasonal Staff are PRN status employees and are subject to first call-off. There are no guaranteed hours by the hospital.

    · Seasonal Staff will not be eligible for extra shift bonuses (D1/CND or D2/ECD)

    · Registered Nurses who are in the Seasonal program will have one opportunity to pass the clinical competency evaluation.

    · Current FT/PT & PRN employees are not eligible to join the Seasonal program for 2026--27 with the exception of RNs that participated in the Seasonal program in the previous year.

    · Current employees of HWS are not eligible for the seasonal program.

    · Shifts may vary based on the needs of the department.
