We have an IMMEDIATE HIRING NEED for the following position:

Registered Physical Therapist- Home Health PRN-Part time

As a home health Physical Therapist, your responsibilities will be to assess the patient's condition and initiate start of care face-to-face visits, perform evaluation tasks including vital signs and mobility/function review, evaluate strength while setting goals to improve these areas, report patient progress to patient/caregivers/physician/agency office as needed, and provide supervision and competency checks for PTAs as appropriate.

Job Requirements:

  • Must have successfully completed at least a FL-approved master's RPT degree program from an industry-accredited institution.
  • Must have reliable transportation and proof of auto insurance.
  • Must successfully complete a Level II background check prior to offer and initiation of training.
  • Must complete a competency check and all orientation prior to initiating patient care.

Current FL State RPT license is required.
