What are some common challenges Citrix engineers face when supporting large-scale virtual environments?

Citrix Engineers often encounter challenges such as managing user experience and performance across diverse endpoints, troubleshooting complex application delivery issues, and ensuring security compliance in multi-user environments. Keeping up with frequent updates, patches, and compatibility between Citrix components and other infrastructure (like networking or storage) can also be demanding.
