Summer Analysts work closely with management teams, receive mentorship from senior leaders and peers, and are given the opportunity to add value to the risk organization and the firm through responsibilities structured to respond to the increasing regulatory, quantitative, and technical demands of the financial world. The Risk Management Summer Analyst Program is a significant feeder pool for the Full-Time Analyst Program. This program is aligned with Citi Risk objectives and structured for completion within a two-month period.
