Escalate vulnerability risks in a timely manner to CISO Leadership and business stakeholders, ensuring VTM risk treatment responses are recorded and tracked appropriately. Support the Vulnerability Organization in improving the quality, accuracy, and integrity of VTM and GEM reports. Drive Vulnerability Management Uplift Program activities to reduce risk exposure while addressing stakeholder pain points related to data quality, reporting, and false positive management.

Perform root cause analysis on Vulnerability Assessment (VA) issues and identify repeated high-risk vulnerability offenders across the environment. Conduct security compliance reviews to validate adherence to the Bank's security requirements and standards. Identify recurring Security Incident Response Team (SIRT) incidents, analyze related trends, and partner with technology and ISO contacts to reduce repeat incident volumes.

Identify and implement workflow efficiencies within the SIRT process and develop reporting that highlights root causes driving repeat incidents. Collaborate with the Security Incident Management (SIM) and ISO community to ensure adherence to SIRT reporting timelines, document deviations, and identify their root causes. Define, document, and maintain escalation and response procedures between Incident Response (IR), CFSC, and the Cyber Defense function.

Develop and update Cyber Response plans and guidelines to complement Business and Country Crisis Management Plans, and support Crisis Management Team training activities. Assess the security risks associated with digital asset, including blockchain-based solutions, tokenization, and cryptocurrency services. Requirements: 5+ years of relevant experience in cybersecurity, with demonstrated progression in roles spanning multiple security domains.

Deep and broad technical expertise across cybersecurity disciplines including threat intelligence, forensics, vulnerability management, security architecture, and application security. Proven experience operating within a vulnerability management program, including familiarity with VTM frameworks, GEM reporting, and risk appetite governance. Experience conducting security assessments and compliance reviews against enterprise security standards and regulatory requirements.

Demonstrated ability to manage and improve security incident response (SIRT) workflows, including root cause analysis and trend reporting. Proficiency in advanced analytical techniques, with the ability to translate complex security data into actionable insights for technical and non-technical stakeholders. Experience documenting escalation procedures, incident response plans, and crisis management guidelines within a large enterprise or financial institution.

Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with experience working alongside CISO leadership, ISO contacts, and technology teams. This job description provides a high-level review of the types of work performed. Other job-related duties may be assigned as required.
