A recognized health services network in New York is seeking a Field Network Administrator for a promising position with their team throughout Westchester County.


About the Opportunity:



  • Schedule: Monday to Friday

  • Hours: Standard business

  • Setting: In-person (multiple locations)


Responsibilities:



  • Support, maintain, and troubleshoot network infrastructure across multiple locations

  • Resolve on-site network issues involving WAN, LAN, WiFi, routing, switching, and firewall technologies

  • Provide third-tier support for connectivity and infrastructure-related problems

  • Assist with server-related troubleshooting, maintenance, patching, and recovery tasks as needed

  • Document network configurations, changes, procedures, and maintenance activities


Qualifications:



  • 2 + years of experience in Network Administration or Infrastructure Support

  • Cisco Networking experience, including routing and switching fundamentals

  • Firewall Technology experience

  • Strong troubleshooting skills beyond basic Desktop Support

  • Experience supporting Network Infrastructure in a field-based or multi-site environment

  • Reliable vehicle and willingness to travel extensively throughout the coverage area


Desired Skills:



  • Network+ or A+ certification

  • Server knowledge or experience

  • Experience with Cisco Meraki, Windows Server, Linux, Active Directory, Citrix, Parallels RAS, SQL, IIS, load balancers, SonicWall firewalls, Cisco ISE, or Veeam Backup
