Job description

This is a customer facing position, no office requirement.

AT&T Global Public Sector is a trusted provider of secure, IP enabled, cloud-based, network solutions and professional services to theFederal Government. This position will be responsible for creating all Cisco Commerce quotes required for all Janus IV pricing exercises from installations (i.e. TRP, Wi-Fi, and TrON) to material only quotes.

Job Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Provides technical knowledge and skill in using Cisco specialized applications in the areas specified.
  • Experienced in the operational environment and using high-level functional systems design, integration, documentation, and implementation methodologies on multiple projects.
  • Applies principles, methods, and knowledge of the functional area of expertise to specific order requirements.
  • Creates and provides solutions based on customer requests and site technical requirements.
  • Has knowledge of security requirements for specialized information transfer applications and is skilled in preparing technical documentation and providing other services required by the order.
  • Experience with Cisco Routers and Switches in a voice environment. Knowledge of Cisco's Unified Communications Product line such as Unified Communications Manager, Unity Connection and collaboration applications, features, and services (e.g. Webex Meetings Server, Attendant Console, etc).

Required Clearance:

Top Secret (#topsecret)

Required Qualifications:

6 years of progressive IT/telecommunications experience in the last ten calendar years.

Expertise with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Visio applications.

Expertise with Cisco Commerce Workspace (CCW).

Extensive knowledge of Cisco's CUCM telephony product line - BEXX and UCS series servers.

Extensive knowledge of Cisco's router and switch product line - 83XX Edge Platforms LAN switches (92XX,93XX, etc).

Cisco network operations experience.

Desired Qualifications:

Cisco CCNA; CCNP- Collaboration; Certified Voice Engineer
