Job description


Maintains a high standard of cleanliness in all public areas of the property.
Responsibilities
  • Responsible for cleaning all slot machines, restrooms, pool area, floors, windows, walls, stairs and elevators as well as vacuuming all floors
  • Responsible for cleaning public areas, TMDR, hallways, and casino floor and any other requested areas
  • Exemplify our core values, family style service, our mission and vision.
  • Exemplify our DEI (diversity, equity, inclusion) culture.
  • Performs other job related duties as assigned.

Qualifications
  • Experience operating a vacuum cleaner, carpet cleaner, buffer, ladder, dumpster, floor scrubber, and hand tools
  • Able to safely use chemicals and personal protective equipment for cleaning
  • Ability to perform assigned duties under frequent time pressure in an interruptive or confined environment
  • High School diploma or equivalent

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time
  • Frequent pushing, pulling, bending and walking
  • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
  • May be subject to smoking environment, moderate noise, and bright lights

PERFORMANCE REQUIREMENTS: Must have the ability to provide internal/ external guests with service excellence, have excellent communication skills and observation skills, and have an easygoing demeanor to ensure a fun and safe environment for our guests. Above average speech - both speaking and reading/writing English. Need excellent interpersonal skills. Work requires schedule flexibility which may include days off, nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.
