We're looking for an experienced recruiter, who ideally has experience of starting, developing or establishing a market. The position is based in our NYC office, whether you are in New York or interested in relocating! As this position will be a build out, the requirement of business development is essential. Groundwork has already been laid & a number of existing client relationship are there to be leveraged, alongside collaborating across all clients in both Piper Maddox and Harper Harrison brand.

* Competitive base salary range of $70,000-100,000K (negotiable depending on experience) with uncapped commission up to 50%, half year & full year bonus, override up to 5% when building a team.
