JOB TITLE: VIP Services Coordinator
DEPARTMENT: Stadium Swim
JOB SUMMARY:
The VIP Services Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the VIP services division, as well as acting as a brand ambassador for Circa and Stadium Swim.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES:
  • Accountable for overseeing the daily operational needs of the VIP services division regarding VIP reservations and overall management of the entrance into Stadium Swim.
  • Oversee all Pool Hosts, reporting to the Director of Pool Operations.
  • Facilitates staff training and education in conjunction with senior management.
  • Accountable for ensuring the Circa standards of service are consistently being upheld.
  • Responsible for overseeing the daily set-up and breakdown of the guest-facing entry areas prior to the venue opening for business.
  • Communicate all pertinent daily information regarding Stadium Swim to all essential team members.
  • Facilitates beginning-of-day and end-of-day venue reporting regarding the VIP services division.
  • Responsible for following all designated emergency procedures and understanding duties in the event an emergency arises.
  • Provides constant visual surveillance of pool and surrounding area identifying any potential safety or emergency situations.
  • Communicates and interacts professionally with guests and team members at all times, addressing concerns and providing information in a courteous manner.
  • Assists guests with requests or concerns, offering appropriate alternatives when possible, resolving problems seeking assistance from senior management when necessary.
  • Understands, enforces and adheres to all Circa and departmental policies and procedures, embraces company culture and takes pride in the resort and its amenities.
  • Understands and well-versed in the resort features and services including all outlets, hours of operation, activities, and events available to guests.
  • Attends required training classes and incorporates new standards, service knowledge and safety into daily work practices.
  • Solution oriented, looks for opportunities to assist peers, guests, other departments, or leaders at all times.
  • Performs all other job-related duties as assigned and has flexibility to perform other job-related tasks as deemed necessary by senior management.

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Candidates must be a minimum of 21 years of age.
  • A minimum of 1-2 years' work experience working in a marketing role in a high-volume beverage, day club, casino or pool setting preferred.
  • Ability to perform basic mathematics, as well as possess a strong understanding of business-related software such as Microsoft Office or similar.
  • Willing to work in a loud environment where smoking is present.
  • Must have the ability to withstand high temperatures, heat, and sun exposure.
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time.
  • Existing customer database strongly desired, but not required
  • Ability to network and comfortably communicate with others to develop business.
  • Must be able to communicate in English with guests, management, and other employees to their understanding. Additional foreign language a plus.
  • Ability to initiate and maintain an upbeat and relaxed environment on a consistent basis.
  • Consistently maintain a well-groomed appearance, posture and hygiene deemed by management.
  • Must exhibit strong motivational and developmental skills, as well as a positive "whatever it takes attitude."
  • Must be available to work all shifts and days including opening and closing shifts.
  • Candidates should possess basic knowledge of the Las Vegas area and attractions.
  • Willingness to participate in promotional campaigns & promote upcoming events via social platforms.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and high attention to detail.
  • Candidates must maintain general appearance upon which they are originally hired. Any cosmetic changes must have prior approval from management.

REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS AND WORK CARDS:
  • Nevada State Food Handler's card (Health Card)
  • TAM card (Alcohol Awareness)
  • Nevada Gaming Control Board License
  • Others may include a Non-Gaming (Sheriffs) Card
