Bilfinger LTM Industrie est une filiale française du Groupe Allemand Bilfinger.  Basée à Toussieu (69), notre société est spécialisée dans la fourniture de solutions innovantes sur mesure en chaudronnerie, tuyauterie industrielle et process pour les industries dans les secteurs énergies, pharmaceutiques, cosmétiques et alimentaires en France et à l’étranger.

Nous sommes un fournisseur spécialisé dans la fourniture de systèmes de tuyauterie industrielle et de systèmes tubulaires haute pression, plus généralement tout type de système complexe tubulaire. Notre activité couvre l’ingénierie, la préfabrication, l’installation et la mise en service.

Afin de renforcer notre équipe dédiée au Commissionning & Qualification, nous recherchons un Chargé de Qualification H/F


A ce titre, vos principales missions seront de : 

  • Rédiger les livrables de préqualification : Plan directeur des test, matrices des tests et fiches de tests selon les stratégies définies
  • Elaborer le dossier d’ouvrage exécuté
  • Assurer la mise en œuvre de la stratégie de qualification
  • Coordonner la réalisation des test
  • Planifier les activités de commissioning et qualification du projet
  • Garantir le suivi des actions correctives
  • Vérifier, sur site et chantier, la qualité des produits fabriqués ainsi que la traçabilité à toutes les étapes de fabrication
  • Elaborer les dossiers constructeurs des équipements
  • Exécuter les tests de qualification avec le client sur les différents ensemble (FAT/SAT)
  • Ouvrir et gérer les non conformités
  • Rédiger les rapports de qualification

En fonction de la taille du projet que vous aurez à gérer, vous serez possiblement amené à animer une équipe de Technicien de qualification

Profil :

Titulaire d’un BAC+2 en génie des procédés ou Biotechnologie ou BTS CIRA, vous avez à minima 3 années d’ expériences en qualification d’équipement au sein d’un ensemblier industriel.

Vous travaillez en toute autonomie avec une rigueur irréprochable. Vous êtes un bon communiquant et avez une appétence pour le management et êtes capable de gérer une petite équipe.
