Job description

Help us drive meaningful change in how providers experience care delivery by shaping strategy, insights, and executive decision-making across the enterprise. In this role, you will partner with senior leaders to translate complex data into clear, actionable direction that strengthens provider trust, improves experiences, and advances value-based care. You will operate at the intersection of strategy, operations, and communication-bringing clarity, structure, and momentum to high-priority initiatives while influencing outcomes at scale.

Responsibilities

  • Translate provider sentiment, trust data, and market insights into clear themes, risks, and opportunities that inform enterprise strategy.

  • Shape and prioritize high-impact initiatives by distinguishing meaningful improvement opportunities from baseline expectations.

  • Coordinate and advance strategic provider experience programs, ensuring alignment, accountability, and progress across stakeholders.

  • Build strong partnerships with business units to elevate provider experience insights and align priorities across the enterprise.

  • Apply structured, hypothesis-driven problem solving to complex, ambiguous challenges, enabling leaders to make informed decisions.

  • Design and deliver executive-level presentations, PowerPoint materials, and strategic communications that distill complex insights into clear, compelling narratives for senior leadership.

  • Apply strong business storytelling and visual design principles to create polished, high-impact materials that influence executive audiences and drive decision-making.

  • Influence senior leaders through clear storytelling, insights, and recommendations that drive action and measurable impact.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • 8+ years of professional experience in management consulting, strategy, enterprise advisory, or business communcations in a healthcare setting.

  • Experience within healthcare, payer, provider, or health services environments.

  • Proven ability to synthesize qualitative and quantitative data into actionable insights and recommendations.

  • Strong executive communication skills, with demonstrated expertise in developing highly polished, senior leadership-level presentations and materials .

  • Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint

  • Demonstrated success working in complex, matrixed environments and influencing cross-functional stakeholders.

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Exposure to provider experience, network strategy, or value-based care initiatives.

  • Advanced degree in business, healthcare, or a related field.

  • Experience supporting senior executives or enterprise-level leadership teams.


If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 116,200 - 193,600 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
