Clarity Clinic is an interdisciplinary private practice bringing together Psychiatrists, Advanced Practice Providers (PAs, NPs), Psychologists, and Therapists. We offer a broad range of specialties and treatment approaches - including medication management, psychological assessment, and psychotherapy - to support people wherever they are in life. We are searching for a passionate LCSW Clinical Supervisor to join our team of highly skilled clinicians at our Lakeview Belmont location. Clarity offers administrative, billing and marketing support so that our clinicians have a consistent caseload, ensuring our providers are focused on their greatest priority...helping their clients move forward in life!
We are partnered with the following In-Network Insurance providers: Cigna, Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO, United Healthcare and we accept self-pay clients.
Location: Hybrid or Remote (within Chicagoland Area) - 929 W Belmont Ave, Chicago, Illinois 60657
In this role, you will:
  • Manage an individual caseload of a minimum of 20 attended client sessions per week while providing weekly supervision to a maximum of four (4) supervisees and support supervisees in facilitating and documenting proper assessments, recommendations, and referrals, if needed
  • Review and sign supervisees notes ensuring proper documentation and billing is facilitated
  • Approve biweekly clinical hours recorded by therapy team, time off requests, and other requests that may be submitted
  • Assess, diagnose, and treat a variety of mental health conditions through individual, couples, family, and/or group therapy that is evidence-based and clinically appropriate
  • Participate in CEU and Didactic training program to facilitate growth and mastery of skill set in an identified area of specialty
  • Participate in supplemental services and program development opportunities in the clinic, including but not limited to group therapy, blog writing, additional training opportunities
  • Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team that includes psychiatrists, physician assistants, social workers, professional counselors, and other mental health professionals
  • Manage and organize individual schedule utilizing electronic scheduler provided
  • Attend and participate in individual/group supervision and all required department meetings
  • Participate in internal and external marketing and networking meetings
  • Complete required onboarding trainings and other additional trainings that are deemed necessary for new hires

  • Compensation: $55-$65/per hour commensurate to years of experience plus $130/week per supervisee.

Qualifications & Minimum Requirements:
  • A minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in a clinical setting preferred
  • License to practice independently in the state of Illinois: LCSW - Required
  • Master of Social Work (MSW) degree or higher from a program accredited by the Council on Social Work Education (CSWE) - Required
  • Experience with any/all the following treatment modalities and programs is beneficial:
    • Individual & Family-focused therapy
    • CBT | DBT | ACT
    • EMDR
    • Health psychology (chronic health issues or pain management)
    • CADC
    • Marriage and Family Therapy
    • IOP/PHP programs
    • Group Therapy
