Job description

As our Program Supervisor for the Intensive Outpatient Services team, you will lead and supervise staff who provide trauma-focused individual, family and group therapy to adults, teens, and children. In this role, you will provide clinical supervision and guidance to your team while collaborating with the program manager and other staff, and within the community.

What we need for this job:

  • Master's Degree in Psychology, Counseling, or Social Work
  • Three (3+) years post-degree clinical work experience
  • Two (2+) previous supervisory experience
  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage/Family Therapist (LMFT)
