• Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings to evaluate the mental health needs of patients, determining appropriate and individualized treatment plans.

• Facilitate engaging virtual therapy groups and workshops focused on relevant topics such as stress management, coping mechanisms, and interpersonal skills development, fostering a sense of community among patients.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including medical professionals and support staff, to deliver integrated care and ensure all aspects of patient health are addressed thoroughly.

• Active state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Psychologist.
• Bachelor’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field; a Master’s or Doctoral degree is preferred.
• Proven understanding of the mental health challenges faced by diverse populations, particularly within the telehealth landscape.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills that facilitate meaningful engagement with patients and collaboration with a wide range of healthcare professionals.

• Experience with evidence-based practice methodologies and brief therapy models applicable to a telehealth environment.
• Capacity to manage a diverse caseload efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced remote setting.
• Familiarity with mental health software and teletherapy platforms to ensure an optimal service delivery experience.
