This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an incentive compensation plan.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive dental and vision growth strategy within assigned markets.
- Achieve or exceed membership growth targets through effective prospecting and broker engagement.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process, including RFP responses, financial presentations, and implementation oversight.
- Collaborate with matrix partners to design winning presale strategies and deliver competitive proposals.
- Provide market insights to influence product development and pricing strategies.
- Lead broker development initiatives and maintain a strong presence in key verticals such as Government, Education, and Healthcare.
- Deliver training and coaching to internal sales teams on dental product positioning and competitive differentiation.
- Maintain expert knowledge of Cigna Dental products through ongoing education and participation in business reviews.
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of dental benefits sales experience; proven healthcare sales track record.
- Licensed Life & Health producer with ability to travel frequently.
- Strong strategic thinking, analytical skills, and ability to work independently in complex environments.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Managed dental sales experience.
- Experience influencing cross-functional teams in a matrixed organization.
- Financial acumen and membership growth orientation.
