What began as a small family business has grown into a respected name across retail, catalog, e-commerce, and hospitality. Based in Easton, PA, we are known for our product knowledge, customer service, and the experience we create for our customers and guests.
That experience also extends to Leaf Restaurant amp; Cigar Bar at 90 Mort Drive, where hospitality, food, drinks, and cigar culture come together under one roof. Position Summary
Leaf Restaurant amp; Cigar Bar is looking for a reliable, hardworking Busser/Dishwasher to help keep both the front and back of house running smoothly. This role is an important part of creating a great guest experience by supporting servers, bartenders, kitchen staff, and management throughout service.
This position is ideal for someone who works hard, moves with urgency, takes pride in keeping things clean and organized, and enjoys being part of a team. The Busser/Dishwasher helps maintain a clean dining room, bar area, dish area, and service environment while making sure dishes, glassware, and kitchen tools are ready when needed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clear and reset tables quickly and efficiently to support smooth guest service.
  • Assist servers and bartenders with guest needs during service.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the dining room, bar area, restrooms, dish area, trash area, and other assigned spaces.
  • Operate the dish machine and wash dishes, glassware, utensils, kitchen tools, and equipment.
  • Keep dishwashing and trash areas clean, organized, sanitary, and ready for service.
  • Take out trash and recycling as needed.
  • Support kitchen, front-of-house staff, bartenders, servers, and management with additional tasks as assigned.
  • Help create a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for guests and team members.
Qualifications
  • Strong work ethic and positive attitude required.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant, bar, and cigar-lounge environment.
  • Team-oriented mindset and willingness to support others during service.
  • Reliable transportation and punctuality required.
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Previous restaurant, hospitality, dishwashing, or bussing experience is a plus, but not required.
  • Must be dependable, organized, and willing to help wherever needed.
Schedule/Work Environment
  • This is a part-time, on-site position based at Leaf Restaurant amp; Cigar Bar in Easton, PA. The schedule is generally Thursday through Sunday evenings, with some holiday availability required.
  • This role works in an active restaurant, bar, and cigar-lounge environment and includes extended standing and walking, lifting up to 50 lbs., and regular exposure to smoke, noise, cleaning tasks, dishwashing, trash removal, and high guest traffic.
