Position Overview
The client is seeking an Intelligence Analyst at Fort Meade, MD who is able to perform analysis of specialized and/or technical data, make assessments and recommendations and prepares documentation related to associated data and analysis.
Responsibilities
  • Organizes research findings, conducts analysis, and writes descriptive products according to standards regarding clarity, conciseness and terminology
  • Display a clear understanding of identifying Insider Threat indicators and adversary tactics, techniques and procedures
  • Ability to navigate multiple IC and partner agency databases for research and analysis
  • Ability to utilize complex search engines using focused research techniques (ex. Boolean search)
  • Support the creation and delivery of documentation in support of assigned programs
  • Develop graphics and graphical presentations as required
  • Provide recommendations of assessments to senior leaders, peers and subordinates
  • Display clear understanding of mitigation techniques for adjudication of intelligence findings and products
  • Possess and display the following skill sets: Conceptualization, quantitative analysis, organizational skills, research, written and verbal communication, sound judgement, critical thinking and problem solving skills, and able to work independently
  • Ability to interact with diverse groups and evaluate issues and reach consensus across all stakeholders
  • Develops and maintains analytical procedures to meet changing requirements and ensure maximum operations

Requirements:
  • TS/SCI (CI Poly Preferred)
  • 5yrs experience as a intelligence analyst
  • Familiar with DoS , NSA, DIA, CIA, FBI, NTCT intelligence products
  • Knowledge of common intelligence community networks (Joint Worldwide Intelligence Communications System (JWICS), Secret Internet Protocol Router Network (SIPRNet) and the Non-secure Internet Protocol Router Network (NIPRNet) and as applicable FBI equivalent networks to coordinate the exchange of information by email and must be able to access and use specified databases.
