Analyst, Compliance - JLL

What this job involves:

The Analyst, Compliance is a strategic member of the IFM Team. The Analyst, Compliance provides world class operational service delivery to the client's portfolio and customers. A clear communicator both verbal and written, organized with effective time management skills, demonstrating a willingness to learn and adapt, with the highest standards of behaviour, collaborative manner and work ethic. The candidate must possess a successful track record of high operational performance and world class customer experience.

As Analyst, Compliance you'll play a pivotal role in supporting JLL's operational integrity and risk management framework for our Life Sciences account operations. At JLL, we embrace more innovative ways of working, and in this role, you'll balance rigorous oversight with pragmatic problem-solving, ensuring compliance programs support, rather than hinder, business objectives. Your work will directly contribute to maintaining JLL's reputation for excellence and reliability in the Life Sciences sector, while fostering a culture where compliance is understood not as a barrier, but as an enabler of sustainable growth and client trust.

What your day-to-day will look like:

  • Administer AAE (Administrative Asset Entry) work order management processes, ensuring timeliness in accordance with KPIs and SLAs

  • Maintain and update CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) in client systems, ensuring accuracy, data integrity and compliance with client protocols and industry standards

  • Support internal and external compliance audits and assessments across the MCAM team and business units

  • Partner with operations, and client stakeholders, to ensure compliance considerations are integrated into maintenance activities, work order workflows, and process improvements

  • Support facilitation of compliance training sessions for operational staff on Life Sciences requirements, CMMS protocols, and work order management best practices

  • Comply with all client and JLL policies and procedures, including but not limited to ethics, business practices and safety practices

  • Comply with all client and JLL training requirements and timelines

  • Other duties as applied

Required Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or GED

  • 3+ years of progressive experience in compliance, risk management, audit, facilities or project management related functions within corporate environments

  • Working knowledge of regulatory frameworks relevant to Life Sciences, including FDA, GMP, or similar pharmaceutical/biotech facility requirements

  • Experience with CMMS platforms and work order management systems in compliance-critical environments

  • Strong analytical skills with ability to assess complex situations, identify patterns, and develop practical solutions

  • Highly organized with ability to multitask

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and client relationship management skills to influence stakeholders at all organizational levels

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution in Business, Facilities Management, Engineering, or relevant field

  • Professional certification such as Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional (CCEP), Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), or equivalent

  • Experience supporting facilities management or maintenance operations in pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device manufacturing environments

  • Familiarity with validation protocols, change control processes, and quality management systems in regulated industries

  • Experience implementing compliance technology solutions, CMMS optimization, or automation tools

  • Demonstrated ability to build collaborative relationships across global, matrixed organizations working in Life Sciences accounts
