Join Tactical Grooming, an award-winning, veteran-owned barbershop in Historic Downtown Madison. We've built a loyal community of military, first responders, and families, and back-to-back Best of Alabama wins, on professionalism, consistency, and taking care of both our clients and our team. We're looking for barbers and cosmetologists who take pride in their craft and want a shop that supports them while they grow.

Key Responsibilities (Within Your License)

  • Provide outstanding service that turns first-time clients into regulars
  • Perform precision cuts, fades, shaves, and styling to each client's preference
  • Apply color and treatment services as requested
  • Conduct thorough consultations to understand and meet client needs
  • Maintain a clean, organized station that meets sanitation and safety standards
  • Work alongside the team to keep the shop running smoothly
