This is a FULL-TIME staff position


Job Responsibilities


  • Prepare yourself for church planting
    - Regular development via coaching and self-led reading, studying, etc
    - Assessment and other necessary trainings
  • Prepare your church as an organization
    - Create initial organizational documents
    - Create church budget, vision statements and materials
  • Prepare your people to be a church
    - Regular meetings and recruitment of your core team
    - Shepherding your core team as you transition to a new church
    - Evangelism and outreach in your community
    - Recruit and develop key positions
  • Travel as needed for planting preparations
