Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa - FALLS CHURCH (6112 Arlington Blvd, Falls Church, VA 22044) is seeking a high-impact, performance-driven General Manager to lead both the team and the business.
This role is ideal for a people-first, servant leader who can build a strong culture, deliver an exceptional guest experience, and drive sales, revenue, and profitability. You'll own spa performance while developing a team that consistently delivers results.
Lead the Business
  • Spa operations and overall performance
  • Sales growth, membership performance, and profitability
  • Key metrics, reporting, and P&L ownership

Build the Team
  • Recruit, hire, and retain a high-performing team
  • Lead, coach, and develop your team with a people-first mindset
  • Build a culture of accountability, engagement, and service excellence
  • Ensure a World Class Client experience (WCCE) across all touchpoints

Drive the Results
  • Increase revenue through memberships, service utilization, and retail performance
