Position Summary

The Campus Coordinator will provide administrative support to campus-wide operations, initiatives, and events. He/She will support the campus with essential logistical and administrative details for the day-to-day duties of the campus.

This position is a 16 hour/week role.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The Campus Coordinator is required to perform a range of duties including, but not limited to:

  • Lead the Administration Components of the Campus

    • External Communication

      • Coordinate process for ensuring campus phone calls are answered in a timely manner

      • Monitor and respond to general campus email inquiries

      • Own the distribution of campus mail and process as appropriate

      • Coordinate the weekly processing of all completed Connect Cards

      • Draft and send the weekly Campus Update email

    • Church Database

      • Take and report attendance of components of weekend services (i.e. Kids workers, Connect Cards, Fresh Starts, Prayer Cards, Water Baptisms, General Attendance, Prayer Count, etc.)

      • Take and report attendance of mid-week events

      • Data entry: Connect Cards and Prayer cards

      • Pass on applicable information to staff as needed.

      • Event Calendar: Organization and maintenance of the church calendar and registrations in database software

      • Assist in the member profile update of campus attendees (i.e. Marriages, Deaths, Water Baptisms, Holy Spirit Baptisms, etc.)

    • Internal Administration

      • Anticipate and place orders for supplies as needed. (Including, but not limited to: Toner, Paper, SAM’s club runs, etc.) This includes ensuring supplies are available for events or meetings for Serve our Community or campus wide events you coordinate.

      • Produce staff prayer lists for weekly staff meetings

      • Attend regular staff meetings, including but not limited to, Mondays at Central Offices, Tuesday morning staff meetings and our occasional all-staff meetings.

    • Drive and Coordinate volunteer administrative support as needed

  • Aid in the Management of Campus Operations and Logistics

    • Execute decisions as needed for set up, tear down, meals, and overall execution of various events occurring on and off campus. (i.e. Weekend Services, Special Weekend Services, Campus Picnic, Water Baptisms, Alpha, etc.)

    • Help plan Campus specific events such as a Campus Picnic, Serve Day, etc.

    • Oversee and coordinate linen service, if applicable

    • Responsible for ensuring execution of Serve our Community at the campus

  • Occasionally assist with social media accounts for the Lakeville campus, as time allows.


Qualifications

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to consistently prioritize tasks and adjust to changing priorities

  • Skilled in maintaining confidentiality and performing discreetly when necessary

  • Proactive thinking and the ability to anticipate the needs of those around you

  • Exceptional attention to detail

  • Proficient in Google Suite, preferred

Education

A two-year Associates degree is expected; Bachelor’s Degree is preferred. Adequate combination of experience and education will be considered.


Experience

Successful candidate should have at least 1-3 years related experience.
