EBA OPERATIONS SPECIALIST // EAGLE BROOK CHURCH
JOB OBJECTIVES
  • Owns the data and operational systems of the Eagle Brook Association (EBA), leveraging Salesforce to give leadership real-time visibility into church health, engagement and ministry growth
  • Supports the EBA team in equipping and resourcing host churches for trainings, events and leader coaching
  • Reports to the Eagle Brook Association Director

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
  • Owns and maintains the EBA Salesforce database, ensuring data integrity, accuracy and relevance to support informed decision-making across the EBA leadership team
  • Leverages Salesforce to build and maintain dashboards and reporting systems that give EBA leaders a clear, up-to-date picture of church health, engagement trends and ministry growth metrics
  • Designs and manages Salesforce workflows and automation to streamline communication, track leader engagement and ensure no church or key relationship falls through the cracks
  • Identifies and creates efficiencies in systems and other processes that promote and sustain EBA growth
  • Manages the EBA website, including building training registration forms within Salesforce and ensuring website dates and details are current
  • Partners with the EBA team in planning and coordinating annual training schedules and events
  • Equips host churches with timely and well-organized resources (host packets, registration links, playbooks, presentations, QR codes, etc.)
  • Gathers and synthesizes salvation statistics from EBA churches for periodic reporting
  • Coordinates staff travel, transportation and accommodations
  • Contributes to budget development, tracks expenditures and reports on budget variances

OTHER JOB FUNCTIONS
  • Manages and routes incoming email and telephone communications to appropriate staff, including responding to training registration and data and logistics inquiries
  • Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Qualifications

  • Associate degree
  • Extremely detail-oriented
  • Proficient in digital communication platforms and tools
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and Salesforce
  • Proficient in data reporting and analysis

  • 3+ years of Salesforce or CRM database experience
  • 4+ years of Eagle Brook Church experience
